  Gracen was born to Enya Abbott, a single mother in her early twenties. Because her mother was a nurse, working 6am to 8pm, her grandmother, Celia, was her main caretaker.
  
  The woman had quite the passion for baking, even dreaming of one day opening a bakery, to which it rubbed off on her granddaughter. Gracen always enjoyed when Celia asked her to bake with her, as most of her favorite memories were made in the kitchen. She found a warm and good feeling inside of her when she greeted her mom with fresh pastries after a long shift at the hospital.
  
  When her grandmother died from heart disease when Gracen was twelve, she promised that she would continue baking and making people happy as her grandmother had. And she did. After graduating collage at 22 she opened up a small café by the name of Celia's.
